Operations & Menu

We offer a multi-cuisine menu featuring global flavours, with dedicated sections for vegetarian, vegan, and Jain diners. Our culinary philosophy is to present familiar flavour profiles in an innovative and refined manner, complemented by an exclusive range of artisanal desserts and handcrafted mocktails.

Location: a prime spot in Navi Mumbai.

Usable Area: 1500 sq.ft. Minimum

Capacity: Comfortably seats 70-80 covers.

Service Hours: We operate for both lunch and dinner, approximately 11–12 hours a day.

Days Open: We are open 30 days a month to maximize revenue opportunities.

We provide end-to-end support, which includes standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for everything from kitchen protocols to front-of-house service.
